Call for video and witness statementsThe federal judge presiding over the January 20 litigation has given
demonstrators six weeks in which to file an amended complaint
encompassing police misconduct and other violations arising from the
Counter-Inaugural protest.The Partnership for Civil Justice is requesting that all persons who
WITNESSED or who were AFFECTED IN ANY WAY by any of the
following, to please use the web-based complaint system at
www.JusticeOnline.org to submit a statement to the attorneys.IF YOU HAVE VIDEO OR PHOTOS of any violations, including but not
limited to, any police line or blockade that prevented movement by
demonstrators, or any of the events at the Navy Memorial site (along
Pennsylvania Avenue), including the use of pepper spray, please
contact us immediately at 202-530-5630.If you WITNESSED or were AFFECTED IN ANY WAY by any of the
following, please report it via the web site:
- Any police line or blockade that interfered with free movement
- Any of the events at the Navy Memorial
- Any discharge of pepper spray or use of force by any person
(whether uniformed officer or undercover)- Any provocative conduct by uniformed or undercover agents
- Any differential treatment of demonstrators, as compared to Bush
supporters- Any pat downs of persons pockets
- Any arrest
- Any temporary detention of individuals or groups of demonstrators
- Any other form of harassment
